I first identified a very nice Jeep Wrangler, and Frank got it all together and had it ready for me. At the last minute, I changed my mind because I really only drive Lexus and Toyota product. “ I am disappointed with my recent experience. While being assisted by Vincent Pette, I felt that the level of service I received was noticeably different from that given to other customers. He appeared courteous and helpful toward others, but his demeanor toward me and my husband was dismissive and unwelcoming. As Hispanic customers, this difference in treatment was concerning and left us feeling uncomfortable. Customer service should be consistent and respectful for everyone, regardless of background. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to ensure all customers are treated with fairness and professionalism in the future. ”
