Frank Knoll was really great. I originally traded a 2023RZ 450 E in and decided to purchase a car for my children. I first identified a very nice Jeep Wrangler, and Frank got it all together and had it ready for me. At the last minute, I changed my mind because I really only drive Lexus and Toyota product. A lot of sales persons would probably be upset about this. Frank was very good about it and got me into a preowned Lexus for my children. In addition, I’ve had some problems with the DMV and my title, and Frank and the manager of the Lexus dealership were nice enough to wait two weeks for me to get that straightened out with the DMV. They have a customer for life as long as I live in New York.

My salesperson, Matt, made buying my NX 350h so easy! After visiting/calling several CT dealerships who were not very responsive to helping me obtain my preferred color choice, Lexus of Southampton was able to deliver in a reasonable amount of time with no pressure, added fees or stress. It was well worth the ferry ride and I will definitely consider them if I’m in the market for another Lexus!

Thank you Lexus of Southampton for such a pleasurable experience. I dealt directly with Matthew DiDomenico who was awesome. I ordered a 2026 GX 550 that I waited 3 months for it to come in. Matt was extremely responsive, communicative and helpful the entire time. We emailed back and forth several times and he was diligent and professional in his responses. I live about 45 minutes away from the dealership and chose to bring my business here for a no haggle easy transaction and that is exactly what I got. I cannot recommend Matt enough and the rest of the team over at Lexus SH. Gabby was great as well. She took me on my initial test drive and on the day of pickup walked me through all the features on the truck which was super helpful. This is my first Lexus ever and I absolutely made the right choice.

I was searching for a car for my daughter, who is going to university, and came across a 2010 Lexus RX450h at Southampton Lexus on Carfax. The price and mileage were excellent, so I immediately called—especially since the photos hadn’t even been uploaded to the website yet. I spoke with Matthew DiDomenico, who was extremely helpful from the very beginning. Most importantly, I have been both a car dealer and involved in car hauling since 2010, so I know very well how salespeople operate and how dealerships sometimes add hidden fees. Matthew was a true professional—everything he told me over the phone was accurate, and he even exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean the car was—it was even better than he described. I don’t know who owns Southampton Lexus, but they are very lucky to have a salesperson like Matthew. I purchased a 2015 RX350 for my sister from Matthew DiDomenico just about a year ago. We bought the car with over 100,000 miles, she has driven the car now over 20,000 miles this year without a single issue going back and fourth to Westchester for work. I’ve seen more energy in a cemetery. No greetings whatsoever, i guess they dont want to sell cars. I though it was a dealership.

I am disappointed with my recent experience. While being assisted by Vincent Pette, I felt that the level of service I received was noticeably different from that given to other customers. He appeared courteous and helpful toward others, but his demeanor toward me and my husband was dismissive and unwelcoming. As Hispanic customers, this difference in treatment was concerning and left us feeling uncomfortable. Customer service should be consistent and respectful for everyone, regardless of background. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to ensure all customers are treated with fairness and professionalism in the future.

I really thought I found my dream car CLS Mercedes-Benz 2019 after purchase the car three months later check engine light came on. I brought it back to the dealership they fixed it I let him know that it was also some rubbing and squeaking noise from the front area now It came up on the dash that the back light bulb is out. I haven't even had the car for six months.
